I consider it one of the most sincere and honest spiritual and meditation centers in Spain. I do not wish to belittle any of them, but the dedication, love and enthusiasm that Joana and David dedicate to it, together with their team of volunteers, makes it unique and when the honorable lamas of Madrid come, the center becomes an altar of wisdom. The volunteers are very friendly and very experienced as meditation guides. The atmosphere is very familiar, you feel at home. A relaxing paradise in the city!
